Full Job Description The Role You'll Play Are you an initiative-taking quality leader ready to help coach and lead a quality team for a specialty tire manufacturer? As the Quality Manager, you will drive the quality system, lead continuous improvement efforts in the plants products and processes, and drive your team toward measurable quality results.
This role will be highly visible to both customers and the executive team.

APQP, FMEA, CP, 8D CAPA, SPC, DOE, Use of Minitab, Gage R&R, PPAP's A strong communicator, able to write, speak, and present to all levels of the organization Continuous-improvement focused, driving Lean concepts and problem solving techniques.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
