Some of your responsibilities would be (but not limited to) the following:
Establish and deliver our brand and legendary service Hands on leadership of team with responsibility for all aspects of operations for the property Provide support supervision and guidance to management team and front line associates to ensure that revenue is maximized while expenses are effectively controlled Drive guest experience - meet or exceed guest satisfaction experience and benchmarks online and other resources Developing and implement a cohesive hotel business plan to ensure that financial performance is optimized with a high quality product and service levels Ensure the hotel is operated in compliance with state federal and local regulations as well as company and brand standards Work in conjunction with the Director of Sales focusing on the number of prospecting and existing account calls and the potential business Be actively involved in the recruiting, hiring, firing, onboarding, and training of team members, as well as maintaining direct contact with and monitoring and evaluating development.
Participate in community relations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
At least five or more years of experience in management, exceptional guest experiences and direct responsibility for staff and resources with a demonstrated track record to deliver both bottom line profitability and a high-quality guest experience Must be a self-starter Must be proficient in Windows operating systems Company approved spreadsheets and word processing Must have strong organizational and follow-up skills Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed Must have a true understanding and passion for the hospitality business Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations, maintaining composure and objectivity under pressure Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary Must have the ability to understand complex information, data, etc Recommended Skills Finance Hospitality Management Leadership Microsoft Windows Passionate Property Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
