Summary:
The Licensed Practical assists the Registered Nurse in the delivery of patient care.
Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, the LPN is responsible for administering direct patient care, treatments as ordered by the physician and administering medications as outlined by hospital policy and procedure.
Requirements:
Graduate of a State Board accredited Practical School of Nursing or equivalent Six (6) months experience preferred.
Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of Louisiana Upon hire BLS - upon hire ACLS-within 6 months of hire Demonstrates appropriate care and interventions for the medical surgical patient Performs focal assessments in co-ordination with the Registered Nurse Collaborates frequently with registered nurse Demonstrates the ability to appropriately monitor and provide interventions for actual or potential patient adverse reaction to medications.
Demonstrates the ability to appropriately perform on-going focal assessment and care for medical surgical patient.
Demonstrates the proper use of various equipment appropriate to the care/treatment of medical surgical patients.
Documentation is complete and accurate.
Identifies and responds appropriately abnormal findings Demonstrates appropriate care and interventions for the medical surgical patient Work Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
