Job Description Accounting Managemento Manage the GL of the project to ensure compliance with PHP Accounting standards, IFRS and local Governmental Institutions.o Manage all accounting transactions.o Handle monthly and annual closings.o Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.Policy, Process and Internal Controlso Ensuring financial systems are reconciled in monthly bases.o Follow up company procedures and assure compliance from the JV finance teams reporting any issues found.o Discuss any local compliance issues arising from the systems.o Assist the project team with system implementations as required.o Prepare and submit project monthly progress reports, financial dashboards, or other reports as required.Audito Assist with the interim and final audit process preparing the accounting position papers as required.Cash Management- AP/ARo Prepare and present cash flow forecast every Week/Montho Ensure that the project Accounts payable/Accounts receivable policies and procedures are implemented and followed at all time. Work with assigned billing specialist; review invoices; follow up on collections; and analyze and understand unbilled work in progress (WIP).Budgetingo Prepare and analyze project-based forecasting.o Maintain project forecasts to assist the project team with effective financial planning.Taxeso Deep knowledge of any related tax matters or IR requests as they arise.Financial and Management Reportingo Preparation of monthly consolidated Balance Sheet and P&L for all group and associated entities in accordance with group accounting policies.o Preparation of monthly group and associate management reports including KPI and key variance analysis.o Maintenance of operational and associated company cost tracking, coding and recording in the general ledger and related systems/processes.o Preparation and maintenance of group and associate company general ledgers, including journal processing.o Prepare the monthly Reporting files required by the Finance team in PHP.o Preparation of variance analysis and forecasting.o Control and reconciled Intercompany group transactions.o Manager exchange currency requirements.o Assist with the preparation of the payroll.o Fixed asset maintenance.o Preparation of any local governmental statistic report requirements.o Assist the PHP finance team in a number of reports required for head office Spain.o Provide support to the PHP finance team as required.Joint Venture Supporto Prepare monthly management and financial reports for joint venture partners and manage any queries.o Preparation of JV client monthly certificationso Assist the PHP finance team with the preparation of partner invoices.o Assist Finance Manager/Commercial Manager in PHP with the preparation of the cash flow.o Assist with the preparation of the payroll. Required Skills and Competencies o Well-developed interpersonal skills and an engaging, influencing manner with strong written and verbal communication skills.o Professional and driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.o Solution focused and able to support managers in the wider business.o Flexible and adaptable.o Must possess effective planning and scheduling skills.o Strong experience in Finance Systems, Advanced MS Excel and Intermediary Word. Education:
