As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities - Greet customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system - Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment - Maintain accurate cash drawer and perform cash register reconciliations - Assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Upsell products and promote special offers to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges Skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner - Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and change calculations - Familiarity with technology sales is an advantage - Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area - Ability to work well in a team environment - Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively sell products to customers If you are a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with customers and providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
