As a Paralegal Assistant, you will provide essential support to our legal team and assist in the efficient operation of our law firm.

Responsibilities - Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases - Transcribe dictations and prepare accurate written records - Organize and maintain case files and documents using document management systems - Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness - Assist in managing deadlines and scheduling appointments - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings - Prepare exhibits, affidavits, and other supporting documents for court filings - Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions Experience - 10 years prior experience working as a paralegal assistant or in a similar role is preferred - Strong research skills with the ability to gather information from various sources - Proficient in proofreading legal documents for accuracy and clarity - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with attorneys and other team members If you are looking to contribute your skills and knowledge to a dynamic legal team, we encourage you to apply for the position of Paralegal Assistant.
