Officeteam is looking for a Human Resource
in the West Lake,
area. Please read the specifications below.
Manage recruitment and talent selection for all levels of the Company and its affiliates, including
descriptions and development and implementation of valid selection tools. Partner with Senior Management on strategic workforce planning and the recruitment and retention strategies to meet the needs of the Company and its affiliates.
Develop an on-boarding procedure and orientation to actively engage new employees and ensure a long lasting understanding of the culture, ethics, and expectations of the company.
Manage research and development of benefit programs and plan design, vendor/
relations and program administration, to ensure a competitive and cost effective program.
Proactively determine most appropriate, and provide support for,
and management development training.
Develop compensation program that is competitive in the market and that optimizes performance and commitment of employees, while remaining cost effective to the company and is in line with company philosophy.
Champion career development and recognition initiatives to increase and sustain high level of employee engagement.
Develop effective succession planning process to ensure management and professional readiness to meet the growth plans of the Company.
Foster a culture of respect and collaboration where continued development of employees is recognized as key to the success of the company.
Provide leadership for all employee relations to assess, investigate, mediate and correct issues. Assure that appropriate corrective actions are consistently administered.
Provide opportunities for employees to provide feedback through open one-on-one meetings.
Implement strategy to attain the most appropriate visas in order to sustain a mobile workforce and have responsibility to maintain current status of all work related visas.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations, ERISA, and other HR/Benefit related requirements.
Create, develop, implement and evaluate all HR related policies and procedures as well as support consistent application of such policies.
Provide semi-monthly information to payroll department related to employee information and changes, including new hire information, terminations, salary information, benefit enrolment and changes.
Develop annual HR Staffing Budget and forecasts throughout the year as needed.
Manage Independent Consultant workforce to include Consulting Agreements and CIPRAAs; preparation and distribution of Purchase Requests; communication of relevant information to Finance and Accounting.
Manage workers compensation insurance, incidents and reporting.
Manage safety training of employees and maintain training records.
Manage Corporate Lease Car program (including auto insurance) and relationship with vendors.
Manage Corporate Lodging for employees to include cost comparison and negotiation, lease maintenance, relationship with vendor, purchase requests to Accounting.
Manage and administer employee drug and background screening.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
Minimum ten years experience in HR Generalist
Minimum five years prior supervisory experience
Effective communication skills
Strong customer service commitment
Ability to use various HRIS systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build, establish and maintain trust and credibility.
Must be able to travel.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
