Qualifications:
BS degree in environmental or chemical engineering or Master's Degree in other engineering field
10-15 years of environmental compliance experience from a refinery or chemical plant.
Air permitting experience is required.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance of the air quality program for the complex.
Develops implements and maintains systems to ensure all requirements are consistently met, including reporting, notification, test data management, and QA.
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate submittal of permit amendments, modifications, and renewals.
Provides support to the other positions within the department to ensure efficient operation.
